Process Engineering deals with the operation, design, control and optimization of a Chemical.

We transform our client’s need of converting raw materials into finished products by converting their ideas into production facilities. We start from the very initial stage of Block Flow Diagrams (BFDs) of the raw materials in which the materials transformations or unit operations are defined. Then we move on to the Process Flow diagrams (PFDs) in which flow of the materials, storage equipment, distillation columns, mixing, separations, pumping etc. are specified.

Our highly experienced process engineers transform the PFDs into Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) in which Process Controls such as PSVs, Flow Metres, Temperature & Pressure Indicators/Controllers are defined. Fire engineering has been a neglected discipline in the past for majority of primitive industry and in cases, for major industries as well, where most of the critical engineering part has been left out in the scope of hard-core equipment suppliers. Thereby missing important factors such as suitable extinguishing media, fire load-wise allocation of resources to areas in the facility, actuation and timely response of fire -fighting systems, emphasis to importance of different operations in the same facility, etc. This service includes Design of complete Fire Hydrant and auxiliary network including sprinklers and local suppression system such as foam, mist, High velocity spray system, etc.

It considers all the material property along with applied mechanics and applied mathematics to compute a structure’s deformations, internal forces, stresses, support reactions. The results of the analysis are used to verify a structural design stability and fitness for use. Analysis team is well versed with the popular softwares of industry such as ETAB, STAAD Pro., SAFE etc.

Computation fluid dynamics predict the fluid flow related phenomenon by solving the partial differential equations of fluid properties on a complex computational platform like computer. Computational fluid dynamics extend the calculation scope from fluid dynamics to heat & mass transfer including the dimension of multi physics & chemical reaction.

This tool is highly effective to simulate flow patterns and analyze its effects on complete system which help in re-creating and testing the effects of a design before having to actually physically build it.
