DESIGN CONSULTANCY FOR DOCKYARD AND ROAD PAVEMENT

PRODUCT MANUFACTURING

Client was planning for some extension in its manufacturing plant and needed a complete architectural layout and structural drawings of some areas.

Project Summary:

• A plan of extension on site layout was received from client site. Site measurements were carried out for cross examination of layout dimensions.
• An architectural layout of dockyard with a 15m projected shed was prepared & presented to client in image, video formats. A drawing of rigid concrete pavement was also prepared for 1800 m2 area & presented to the client.
• A BOQ/ BOM was provided to the client for all the construction material required for the project, quantities and corresponding cost. Besides, construction supervision was provided through regular meetings & discussions with client and execution contractor for effective implementation of drawings.
